EiDi Homestay is located in the province of Kalasin, about 120km northeast of KhonKaen and 130km southeast of UdonThani, at the road no.2009 in between NongKungSi and NongHin.

KhonKaen(KKC) and UdonThani(UTH) airports are linked to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) with several flights a day. The flight takes about one hour, and ThaiSmile one-way ticket prices start at 1600 THB*.

You can also go by comfortable long-distance busses from Bangkok to KhonKaen or UdonThani. The tour takes about 7 to 8 hours. Busses leave hourly, and ticket prices (one-way) start at 500THB*.

Of course, we offer a taxi service from KhonKaen or UdonThani to EiDi Homestay. The drive takes about two hours.

The provincial town of KhonKaen is the administrative and educational centre of the Northeast of Thailand. You should definitely visit the national museum and 'Kaen Nakhon' Lake in the town's centre.

Every year, at the beginning of December, the silk festival takes place. During 12 days, merchants display the most beautiful silk fabrics as well as other traditional handicraft products, since the province of KhonKaen is the centre of the Northeastern silk industry.

The provincial capital of UdonThani is the business centre and the hub for agricultural commerce and trade in Isaan. Here, you will also find a number of international hospitals and clinics with excellent services.

The archaeological sites of UdonThani are famous beyond Thailand's borders, starting with the little village of Ban Chiang, which is assumed to have hosted the very first settlements of Bronze Age about 5.000 years ago.
